None of this activity personally identifies any individual Website user.

By using the booking forms on this website, you are transferred to the Holiday Extras website. Data is thereby collected and stored by Holiday Extras. This information about you is collected for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. Personal information is collected at the time of booking, and you may request to view or change this information here

What information does Holiday Extras ask for?
When you have searched for prices and availability and are ready to confirm your booking, the Holiday Extras website will ask for your name, your postal address, your fax number and e-mail address. It will also need your credit/debit card details (including card number, cardholder name and expiry date) in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. If you're paying by debit card the system may need to take the start date and issue number of the card.
Will Holiday Extras use my information for direct marketing?
Yes, and they ask you for your permission first. They will primarily send you details of the products they offer. In addition they will send one email on the run up to your holiday with links to helpful 3rd party sites.If you have signed up to a special promotional prize draw, then you may be contacted by those subsidiary partners stated at the time of sign up or entry into the competition. If you find that you'd rather not have any contact with Holiday Extras, apart from that which is necessary for them to give you a normal level of service please write a message here or unsubscribe online.
Holiday Extras does ask you for your telephone number in case of a need to contact you urgently regarding your booking.
How do we protect customer information?
Car Parking Group does not collect or keep any personal information. Our site is linked to the system owned and controlled by Holiday Extras.
All the information you give Holiday Extras is protected by a secure server. The secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to them. The information is only de-encrypted when it reaches their server. You can tell the site is secure as a small locked padlock will appear in the bottom left of your browser to show that you can safely send credit card details through their site. Another indicator is that our secure pages will not display a security alert message.
Holiday Extras also has Firewall security software in place to protect their internal information from the Internet.
Will Holiday Extras disclose any information to third parties?
Holiday Extras will only disclose your name and booking details to its suppliers (see above) for operational purposes. They will not pass on your details to other companies for their marketing purposes - unless you have signed up to a special promotional prize draw, then you may be contacted by those subsidiary partners stated at the time of sign up or entry into the competition.
They will not disclose credit/debit card numbers unless they believe in good faith that the law requires it.
Yes, Holiday Extras uses temporary cookies, which are only used during the booking process. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to store on a web browser so it can later be read back from that browser. This is useful for having the browser remember some specific information. These cookies are set only when you enter the Holiday Extras website using the booking forms on this site.
